Smoking Policy Smoke-Free Premises: Smoking or vaping of any substance including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property, including the garage. Enforcement: The tenant is responsible for ensuring that all household members and guests adhere to this policy . Any violation will result in a penalty and/or immediate lease termination . 4. Parking Policy Designated Areas: Tenant vehicles must be parked exclusively in the designated garage or on the driveway. Restrictions: No parking is permitted on the lawn, sidewalk, or street. Prohibited Vehicles: Inoperable or unregistered vehicles, commercial trucks, and trailers are not permitted on the property without prior written consent. 5. Trash Management: Placing all garbage in proper receptacles and ensuring bins are moved to the curb on designated pick-up days and returned after collection
