Nearby attractions include Legacy West, The Shops at Legacy, Downtown Plano Arts District, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve, Medical City Plano, The University of Texas at Dallas, Stonebriar Centre, and Top Golf & entertainment venues. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and pharmacies are also just minutes away. For your safety and the security of the property, there are 2 exterior security cameras on-site. One camera faces the driveway and the other faces the front door/entry area. There are no indoor cameras or recording devices inside the home. The property includes a noise monitoring device that only measures decibel levels and does NOT record conversations or audio. Quiet hours are observed between 21:00 and 09:00. Any violation of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will incur a penalty. The pool is serviced regularly year-round. Because this is an outdoor pool and backyard area, minor leaves, debris, insects, or bugs may occasionally be present depending on weather conditions and the Texas climate. At times some of these bugs may even make their way into the home. Please note that the home is regularly treated by professional pest control as part of our routine maintenance.
