Lease terms

Lease is 12 months. No smoking or drug use. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is provided (1 garage; 1 at end of driveway past garage) Tenant is responsible for all bills. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and beds - the lawn shall be mown regularly as needed, in keeping with the standards of the neighborhood and such judgment being at owner's discretion. If tenant fails to maintain the lawn and beds in such a manner, owner may hire a lawn service and pass along the entire bill to tenant. Pet Rent and Pet Deposit are per pet. No large or dangerous breeds. No history of violence - signing the lease is swearing your pet has no history of violence. It is about 1.5 hours round trip for me to show the house, so interior tours are only offered upon completing an application. I don't get any of the application money, I just need to screen serious inquiries from curious ones.
