The Yellow Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove and refrigerator, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, pots, and pans. Linens are provided for the queen and twin-size beds, and fresh towels, including beach towels, are always available. Beach chairs and beach toys are also provided for your enjoyment. A washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets are available for your use.
A Pack 'n' Play is available upon request. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.
This home is perfectly situated for beach lovers, with just a very short walk to the entrance of Goose Rocks Beach, where you can enjoy a 3-mile stretch of sand. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly. It's also a quick 1.5-mile drive to Mother's Beach, Middle Beach, or Gooch's Beach. Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport, known for its specialty shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities, are less than 2 miles away. Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, between Portland, ME, and Portsmouth, NH. Amtrak train stations are in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
There is no air conditioning in this cottage. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties are allowed, strictly enforced with fines. No smoking of any kind is permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
