Lease terms

Security Deposit is one month rent and is refundable after lease is ended minus any cost of cleaning or unpaid utility bills or damage that needs repairing. Utilities are split. Water, electric, and Internet. Electric is a little bit lower because I have solar panels. Roommates agree to use headphones in common space when roommates are home. I really like a quiet space after a long day of teaching middle schoolers. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Prefer roommates who don't drink often - occasional is fine just not interested in a roommate that drinks lots of beer or alcohol. We can do a 6 month or year lease and it it is a good fit go month to month. or extend lease.

Bedroom for rent and a wonderful shared home (it is a townhouse). Beautiful sunny open space in West Asheville.… Walking distance to cafes and shops in West Asheville. This home is a sanctuary place for quiet and rest and it's very peaceful. If you're interested in having lots of people over or parties, this would not be a great place for you! Bedroom that is available is furnished with a full sized wood platform frame bed, a full sized Anthropologie dresser, a large closet, big windows & very sunny room. The home has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, convection oven. Beautiful bamboo floors and wall to ceiling bookshelves in the living room. There is openness between kitchen and living room. Windows on 2 walls of living room adds a lot of sunlight. There are 2 community gardens one block away! Amazing & kind neighbors! This home is walking distance to downtown West Asheville (1/8 mile) to many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and bookstores! 2 cats also live here. Parking: on street but most cars can be mostly off the road.
