THE PRICE ABOVE IS FOR A 18-22 MONTH LEASE. It is effectively between a one and two year lease. I sign my leases to end anywhere between March and July and am looking to sign about a year lease. I generally try to avoid signing leases under a year in length. I can accommodate an 6-11 month lease if need be, but there would be an additional $100 per month rent premium to do so. Zillow does not allow me to select 2 year lease in the lease duration drop down bar, which is whyu 1 year term is selected. The tenant will be responsible for the utilities for the property.
