We have A large 20 x 16 Rainforest Queen Sanctuary Bedroom on the 2nd floor parrtially facing the forest with view up the valley. Tranquil.… Peaceful with the streamn waterfall. Like the end of the valley. Rental on 2nd floor with small living room.everyone has different schedules.
Half bathroom Nice breezes opening for renting mid August. We show by appointments only on monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only
Street parking before our home. Parking on the property is full.
Rent: Monthly Rent is $1160 for 1 person, includes Wifi, Utilities, Cable, Water.

Weekly chores. Keep space neat and clean treat our home as if it is yours with respect and care.
