$3000 monthly rent, $3000 security deposit on coop approval. No smoking, no pets. Street parking. Potential parking spot after application approval for a fee, but not guaranteed. Rental Application contingent on secondary approval of the Coop Board interview. Initial Zillow Application required to schedule an appointment to view the apartment. After, if you were interested, you would fill out the Co-op sublease application. Co-op sublease application/requirements: 1 . Sublease application: A. Sublet Application Data Form B. Balance Sheet (Asset & Liabilities) C. Emergency Contact Form D. Credit Release Form 2. Sublease Agreement (Blumberg P-193 Form) 3. Employment Verification Letter w/Income and length of time. If self employed please provide a CPA letter with last year's income and projected current income 4. Two (2) recent pay stubs 5. Landlord Reference Letter w/ most current cashed rent checks (3 months) 6. Assets: Financial/Bank Statements for past (3) Months 7. Two (2) personal reference letters, (Per applicant) 8 . Copies of last two (2) years Income Tax Returns 9. Lease duration annual with no change in rent amount for a potential lease renewal. 10 . A $500.00 co-op application Fee to be submitted with the application plus a $150.00 (per applicant credit/criminal report). Please note these fees co-op specific admin fees and are non refundable. Bank certified checks or money orders required for the processing fee. 11 . Upon approval, a Move-In Deposit of $1,000.00 is required by the coop but this deposit is refundable after the completion of the move-in process.
