First, please complete our pre-screening questionnaire once I receive your inquiry. Once reviewed, we will contact you to schedule an in-person tour of the home. Following the tour, qualified candidates will be invited to submit a formal application for a background and credit check (~$55/adult at your cost), after which we will move forward to sign the lease and finalize your move-in. To ensure a smooth move-in experience, we are looking for residents who meet the following criteria: Financials: 3x monthly rent income & 650+ credit score. Clean History: No evictions; must pass a standard criminal background check. Policies: No smoking or drug use on the premises. Pets allowed ($500 fee/pet). Upkeep: Residents handle all utilities and yard care. The Process: Pre-screening is required before showings. Formal applications are $55/adult. Deposit ($3500): Required at lease signing.
