Looking for long term tenants for a 1 year lease. -- Tobacco-Free Property: No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises. -- Utilities: All included in the $200/month utility fee(Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Internet and Trash). -- Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for drain clogs due to food and excess hair. -- $250 of the security deposit is held as a non-refundable preparation fee, required for professional turn-over and administrative setup. -- Parking: 1 to 2 parking off street parking spots available ** Note on Furnishings: This apartment is currently fully furnished. However, we are happy to accommodate your preferences! If you prefer to bring your own furniture or kitchenware, we can remove any unwanted items prior to move-in. All included and removed items will be clearly documented in the lease agreement for both of our records.
