The basement is dry. The house has nice lighting and fixtures throughout. It has nice cellular shades and the bedrooms have blackout shades. It has Pergo flooring throughout. There are built-in shelves in the large bedroom and bath as well as the dining room. All the flush lights are dimmable. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans The living room is huge with a big beautiful picture window overlooking the yard. The kitchen is large with gray, solid wood, expensive cabinets. All have soft close doors and drawers. It has quartz countertops and a 2-person breakfast bar. There is a dishwasher and a porcelain enameled farm sink with a garbage disposal. The rent includes the washer/dryer. If you would like quarterly cleaning service and lawn service add $150. All decisions made during this remodel concerning design, materials, fixtures, etc. were based on what I would want if I were to live here. I don't think there is a nicer 2/2 rental house in this area.
