Lease terms

Lease Type This rental is offered on a month-to-month basis. A 30-day written notice is required prior to move-out. Rent Monthly rent is $850, due on the 1st of each month. Late Fee A late fee of $150 will be added after the 5th if rent has not been received. Security Deposit A security deposit is required prior to move-in and is refundable after move-out pending no damages, unpaid rent, or violations of lease terms. Utilities & Internet All utilities, including electricity, water, trash, and high-speed Wi-Fi, are included in the monthly rent. Premises & Access Tenant will have access to a private basement bedroom and private bathroom with a separate private entrance. The space includes a microwave and refrigerator for tenant use. There is no access to the upstairs kitchen or laundry. Guests This rental has a no overnight guests policy. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Maintenance Tenant agrees to promptly notify landlord of any maintenance or repair needs. Move-Out Condition Tenant agrees to return the space in clean condition and return all provided keys at move-out.
