Bottom floor unit in a small 8 unit apt complex. This is a tight knit apartment community that supports each other and respects the complex.… It is a great place to live. The location is close to everything in North Park and close to Morley Field. This unit and complex are well taken care of with constant improvements and rapid response to maintenance needs. We've recently improved the courtyard landscaping, repainted and refinished the front gate, installed new common are lighting fixtures and installed new app-operated washers and dryers. The unit itself has granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wood laminate flooring throughout, custom woodwork and fresh paint. This unit comes with one assigned, off-street parking space and a shared, app-operated laundry room. Photos for this listing are from this complex but might be from a different unit. The subject unit is similar in condition and quality.
