TO GET TO THE HOUSE, IN MAPS: ENTER "CLUB DE PESCA, PONCE, PR," and once you get to the sport fishing club driving another 100 ft and the house is the… small white house with blue stripes. You can call the phone number on the sign outside of the house if you want to have someone show it to you once you've answered a few pre-showing questions and presented your housing references. This is a hurricane-proof seafront home with dual Seaview windows, seafront balcony, use of the seaside yard and one off street parking space in front of the house. Two partially furnished bedrooms with full size dressers, mirrors, closets, windows for natural light and ventilation, air conditioners with remote controls, wall mounted Smart TVs with remote controls, ceiling fans with light fixtures, and beautiful tile flooring. Recently painted. The open floor plan kitchenette, dining area with sea view window and living room with Seaview window includes two ceiling fans, a giant wall mounted Smart TV with remote control, 20,000 BTU newer powerful split air conditioner with remote control, full size refrigerator freezer, oven range and a full set of kitchen cabinets for your groceries, dishware, glassware, flatware etc. Laundry closet with a full size washer dryer is located next to the fully-tiled bathroom. One house-trained pet is allowed with the payment of a one time pet fee, additional but refundable pet security deposit, pet rent and a cleaning fee is payable at checkout unless the house is left thoroughly deep-cleaned and move-in ready at checkout. The homeowner prefers a single person without pet, but is willing to allow two people with a pet who don't have a lot of stuff or clutter, because the house is currently listed for sale, and your lease term will be respected and can even be extended if everyone is happy after the initial 6 month lease term offered. No utilities are included, so you'll be required to put the electric in your name with the Monopoly, LUMA, hook up your own internet Wi-Fi and cable service, but the water is already connected and will run you about $25 per month for a single person without pet additional person or pet will increase the utilities, obviously. The posted rental rate is single occupant without pet. Additional person or pet is an extra $350. Carport is not included in the rental, because it's being used for storage. The one OSP space included in the rent is located in front of the house / carport next to Paseo de Pesca, sitting on the property, but not underneath the house where the carport is located, just fyi. There are public parking spaces along Paseo de Pesca for your guests and visitors which are not located directly on the property, just fyi.
