SEASIDE STUDIO DESCRIPTION This is a bilingual handyman special design for someone who knows how to do repairs and maintenance which will be compensated at the rate of 15 to $25 an hour depending on your skill set. MONTHLY COMMITMENT includes an agreement to work for a minimum of 10 hours per month for compensation to do basic maintenance repairs at 15 to $25 per hour depending on the difficulty of the task, and being healthy enough to get on the rooftop. Non-compensated tasks include making sure that the trash for the upstairs two bedroom house and the studio get set out each Sunday afternoon evening for Monday morning weekly pick up, and keeping the common areas tidy. Other than that the compensation is payable depending on the difficulty of the task. If everyone's happy after a month or two, a long-term lease such as a year or longer is possible. SPANISH IS REQUIRED People who want to stay here should speak a minimal amount of Spanish because there are tasks requiring interaction with local people including handyman, buying supplies at home Depot and living in Puerto Rico which you must speak a minimal amount of Spanish besides using Google translate. You'll also need a vehicle or some type of transportation to get around the city although a bicycle can work, but be advised that you will probably need to get a car at least during your stay because the place is somewhat isolated from downtown and the rest of the city it's spread out so a vehicle is highly recommended. DESCRIPTION OF HANDYMAN SPECIAL STUDIO This rare Seaside Studio comes partially furnished with its own private seafront balcony, private entrance and a small parking space along Paseo de Pesca for a small or medium sized vehicle. There are dual sea view windows at the seafront balcony so you can enjoy the views, sounds, smells, and sensation of the powerful Caribbean Sea from outside and inside your Caribbean Oasis. It has a small kitchenette, full size refrigerator, small Smart TV, hot water heater, mini sport air conditioner plus backup wall unit, small desk and chair, sofa sleeper and there's a newer toilet, vanity sink and hot water shower in the bathroom with lots of natural light. Keep driving or walking 100 ft from the Sport Fishing Club of ponce, and you'll see a small two-story white house with blue stripes, and on the mailbox you'll see the address 3364. Located in Sector Las Cucharas adjacent to Reserva Natural Punta Cucharas, minutes from downtown ponce, Port of the Americas, Hilton Hotel and Golf Club, and seconds from Holiday Inn and Tropical Casino at the next exit along Highway PR-2 East towards Ponce between Kilometers 218 and 219. SHOPPING AND ACTIVITIES It's located a couple miles from Walmart in Sam's Club shopping areas and a few miles from the downtown historical district which will take you about 12 minutes minutes by car, 20 minutes by bicycle and a little bit more to get to the airport and the Port of the Americas, La Guancha harborside entertainment area, Ponce yacht Club and the Hilton Hotel and Golf Course areas. HANDYMAN SPECIAL This is a handyman special with a $200 rental discount already built into the price in exchange for 10 hours of handyman services per month after which $20 per hour is payable for qualified people.
