THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties &/or weddings etc. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars. The landlord has exclusive access to the 2 security cameras on the exterior front door and deck. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles &/or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fines up to $1,000 IN ADDITION to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking &/or drug use allowed. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning (not needed). All leases require credit approval and a minimum 30-day term. Property is unavailable June 15th - August 15, 2026. 30 day minimum rental period. Price is for 30 day tenancy, not 31 days. Daily rate is $329. A complete external remodel of our complex was completed in 2025. No pets. Total rent and $1799 security deposit are due upon signing of a lease. Owner pays for water. Renter pays gas and electric charges over the $600/month allowance, payable when owner is billed. Landlord will deduct a $599 cleaning fee from the security deposit when the tenant vacates the property. Longer term tenant preferred.
