I'm asking for at least a 2-month commitment, ideally, with the option to stay up to a year or longer if it works out. Lease details: - Available June 22, 2026 - Rent: $1,750/month + split utilities Utilities: - Electric: Ranges from $150 to $400 total ($400 being on the higher end) & depends on usage. (So if utilities total $300 for the month, we would each pay $150). - 1 GBPS, High-Speed Internet: $80 per month - Water & Trash: $100-$140 per month (est.) About the Space: (All photos in listing are recent & were taken this week) - Private room includes white cubby stand, decor/fairy lights and a queen-sized bed & mattress. (You may bring your own mattress, if preferred) - Bathroom right across from the bedroom entrance - Filtered shower & kitchen water - The room boasts plenty of natural light and currently has white and silver/grey blackout curtains up. You're welcome to decorate the room if you'd like, or keep what's pictured. - I designed and built a little garden oasis on the Lanai which you are welcome to enjoy. Top highlight: 3 massive mango trees on the street = endless mangos! - Washer & dryer on-site (free, NOT coin operated) - There's a covered carport that fits two vehicles (I occupy one of the spaces so there's room for one more car or moped/motorcycle). - The entire home is furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency (smart, voice activated / timer-based indoor and outdoor WiFi lights) About the Neighborhood: - The home is located on a peaceful, private lane in a safe, centrally located neighborhood off of Kanaina Ave. - 5-8 minute walk to Rainbow Drive-Inn, Texaco and 7-11, lots of great food spots & a glorious 10 minute walk to Queen's beach! What I'm looking for: I'm both introverted and extroverted, compassionate, level-headed and self-aware, so ideally looking for a roommate who shares some, if not all of these qualities.
