Renters are responsible for winter maintenance on drive way and up keep of the premise including grass for fire hazard. Security deposit and first months rent due at signing. Lease agreement is for 1 year. There will be monthly inspections with a scheduled time between renter and owner. Renters will be evicted immediately if any terms are violated.
