It is completely remodeled few years ago with new tiles, new carpet and new paint. It has an efficient and large 3 Tons AC which helps cooling the place very quickly (Most duplex has only 2 Ton). The unit comes with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, waste disposal. It has new Hardie siding and exterior paint which is done a few years ago. It has nice fenced and shaded back yard. It is convenient commute to major Hi Tech Employers (IBM, Qualcomm, Dell, GM, Apple, Ebay etc...), shopping (La Frontera, Wallmard, Sam, Target). It is next to many communication hubs with very easy access to Mopac, 360, Parmer, 183, I35, 45 Our unit is part of small rental development next to owner occupied houses located west of I35. It is much is better than the East I35 with pawn shops and lot of apartments and rental units. Few people could object to that point but it is the true. It is why La Frontera is build on the West side. The second bedroom could accommodate 1 extra person only. The space will be ideal for a single person, good for a couple with the second bedroom to be used as office or guest bedroom. Therefore, the maximum number of occupancy is 3 persons which is tight. (A couple with 1 or 2 children ) We don't have any other info or pics to show to you. The next step is to set up a time to look at the place.
