Available beginning September 1, 2026 to a year-round resident is this beautiful studio cabin on a private property with no adjoining walls.… The studio shares the property with a main house, which is used by the owner only on weekends and holidays. Enter the studio through your private entrance from the garage (detached from the main house), where you will have a mudroom downstairs before going upstairs to the main area. The studio contains a kitchenette with full-size sink, stove, and microwave; a countertop oven and mini-fridge are in the studio while you have your own full-size refrigerator in the garage. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace or warm up the house before you get home with the wifi-controlled wall heater. The garage contains a washer-dryer combo exclusively for your use, saving you the step of transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer!
The property is located across the street from Forest Service land containing miles of hiking and biking trails. The garage is shared with the owner, but you will have your own storage space in the garage and plenty of room for bikes, skis, and snowboards. You will have off-street parking for up to two cars, or ditch your car and walk 5 minutes to the Red Line shuttle, or 10 minutes to the Village! Walk out your sliding glass door onto the shared deck, which is furnished with a grill and picnic table in the warmer months.
The studio is furnished with a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, wardrobe, mudroom bench, and kitchenware. Note: some of the photos contain the old furniture that has been removed. The photos showing the dark grey couch and white bedding are the latest photos and show how the studio is currently furnished.
