Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited and violations may result in fines up to $500 USD and immediate removal without refund. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property, with violations potentially resulting in fines up to $500 USD. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight, and children count as guests. Visitors are not allowed unless approved prior to booking. Violations will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, with charges being twice the replacement value for damaged or stained items. Exterior security cameras and hallway cameras are installed, and a noise monitoring device is installed inside the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the property. No illegal drugs, substances, or any illegal activities are allowed, and any breach will incur a $1,000 fine.
