The area offers a great mix of residential calm and urban convenience, with cafes, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks all within easy reach. Palisade Avenue is one of the main corridors in The Heights, providing a vibrant yet residential atmosphere and easy access to everything guests need for both short stays and extended visits. Times Square is 2530 minutes via PATH, and the World Trade Center is 20 minutes via PATH. Local cafes on Palisade Ave are steps away, and the Lincoln Tunnel to NYC is a 15-minute drive.
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD and immediate removal from the property without refund. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 USD fee. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight. Children count as guests and must be included in the reservation. Visitors are not permitted unless approved prior to booking. Violations will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Charges may be up to twice the replacement value for damaged, heavily stained, or missing items, including towels, linens, and other household contents. Please dispose of trash in designated bins only. All trash must be properly sealed inside white trash bags before being disposed of in the containers. If any trash is found outside the designated area or not properly bagged, and this is evidenced by our exterior security cameras, a $650 USD fine will apply. Package deliveries are permitted; however, the host is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Exterior security cameras and hallway cameras are installed. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property (it does not record conversations). Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee starting at $100 USD, increasing hourly depending on the delay.

No illegal drugs, substances, or any illegal activities are allowed. Violation Fee: Any breach will incur a $1,000 fine.
