City inspections, permits and zoning are all up to date & current. Water, Sewer, Trash & Recycling are all included. $795 per month + electric ONLY Tenant pays for cooking, hot water & heat. 3 months needed to move-in $795- First Month Rent $795- Last Month's Rent $795- Security Deposit $2,385 - total needed to move in First Month Rent applies towards Aug rent. Last Month Rent applies towards your last month in the apartment, before you move out. (you DO NOT pay rent your last month, already collected upfront). Deposit returned after move-out inspection. PLEASE NOTE: Our application fee is $20 & you MUST be 18+ years or older. This application fee includes a thorough background check and will include a criminal history, credit, and evictions/bankruptcy report. Income verification/Proof of 2 months income required. (either: W-2 form, work pay stubs, SSI, welfare, disability, etc) We will be checking job references and pay stubs. If you currently have no job then we will need to see monthly income of some form. We would like to make sure you can afford the apartment. Will be shown during the week & weekends to those interested & qualified by appointment ONLY. Phone calls/Text only, no e-mails please.
