Lease terms

Rent is $1,550 per month with a minimum 12-month lease. A security deposit equal to one month's rent ($1,550) is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water/sewer, gas, electric, and trash. Dogs are allowed with approval. A $250 non-refundable dog fee applies, along with $50 per month pet rent per dog. Non-smoking property. All applicants over 18 must apply and pass screening. After the rental due date. A 5 day grace period is provided. Rent not received by the end of the grace period will incur a late fee of $50. An additional $10 per day may be charged until rent is paid in full, not to exceed $200 per month.
