Hi! I'm Suzanne, and I'm renting out 2 rooms in my 4BR/3BA house to one lucky person.… That means you get your own bedroom and your own private office in a large, beautiful home with just one roommate (me!).
The terms: $1,850/month, utilities and high-speed internet included. First + last month's rent, no security deposit or application fees. Pets negotiable must get along with one cat and two chickens. Available mid August or September 1st.
The house: A large home in north Queen Anne, 1 or 2 miles from the top of Queen Anne, Fremont, or Ballard. Quiet, very safe neighborhood with lots of street parking. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen; light-filled dining room; living room with fireplace and TV; plus a basement tiki bar/lounge. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, fenced backyard (with chickens!), and a lush front yard with raised garden beds.
The rooms: A 11.5' x 12.5' room upstairs with hardwood floors, and a 10.5' x 10.5' room in the basement. The rooms are stacked directly on top of each other, so no matter which one you put your bedroom in, no one will ever be walking over your head! Photos are of the rooms furnished, however they will be empty when you move in.

I'm a vegetarian, 40yo woman and (currently unemployed) tech worker. Hobbies include making art, video games, cooking and gardening. I host occasional dinner parties and board game nights!
