Occupancy * The room is intended for one occupant only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Smoking * No smoking or vaping is permitted. Pets * Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before move-in. Buisness * No Buisness of any type will be conducted on or in the property. Rental Insurance *Tenant shall obtain and maintain renters insurance throughout the tenancy with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Tenant shall provide proof of insurance prior to move-in and upon renewal. Failure to maintain the required insurance may constitute a lease violation.
