Long-time Davis residents have a single bedroom in our attached Mother-In-Law unit, well-suited for an international scholar, academic professional or graduate student. The unit has two bedrooms and a private bath that will be shared with our returning computer science PhD student from India. The bedroom for rent is completely furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and all linens are supplied. You'll have a private pantry with a fridge and microwave inside the unit. The pantry area will be upgraded to a kitchenette in Fall to offer convenient in-unit meal preparation space. Our home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood in West Davis, just minutes from 2 shopping centers (Safeway, Westlake Market, Trader Joe's, Peet's Coffee, 10-15 minutes bike ride to UC Davis, and a 5 minute to Unitrans. Rent is $975 per month (first month's rent and security deposit due at signing of leasel) and a $100 cleaning deposit. The lease will be from September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027 (12 months). All utilities are included, as well as internet, and monthly cleaning service for the bathroom only. We provide cleaning materials for your room and shared spaces.
