This listing is for one private bedroom in the main house (female only). Up to two bedrooms are available, and both room are pictured! Rooftop deck, firepit, gym (outdoor), coffee bar, laundry room, beautiful kitchen, rainshower, marble bathroom, high-end appliances, heat and a/c, unlimited parking! We have a puppy, so you must love dogs! The room can be fully furnished at no extra cost, with a bed, desk, dressers, TV, etc. If you prefer to bring your own stuff, you can. Ultra-fast 5 gig fiber Wi-Fi included! PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom will be shared with a very sweet, clean, kind girl, and she has kindly requested to share with a FEMALE only. IF YOU DON'T GET A REPLY, FORGIVE US! We are intentionally very picky with our selections. LOCATION: The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from CSULB and CSUDH (Cal State Long Beach / Long Beach State and Cal State Dominguez Hills). We're central to everything Los Angeles and Orange County have to offer. Wide, tree-lined streets, great neighbors, and always plenty of free parking right out front. Just 10 minutes driving or an easy 30 minute bike ride from the beach! About 20-25 minutes to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, LAX, and Downtown LA (in light traffic). Just 30 to Santa Monica or Newport. About 2 minutes from the 405 and 710 freeways (though you would never know it), and there is a Metro train station and bus stop within walking distance to make your commute even easier. IMPORTANT: PLEASE don't just ask if the room is available. If it's posted, it's available! We do like to drink, but no drugs (occasional outdoor smoking / vaping is ok). This is a happy, healthy, clean, mature, young-adult home, and we are looking for the same!
