We are looking for a July 1st lease takeover for our 2 bed, 1 bath in the Scott's Addition/Museum District area! Lease term ends on March 31st 2027, but you will have the option to renew for another year. My roommate and I love this place, but are both planning to move in with our partners over the summer. Unreserved free parking is located in the back and side of the building. We've found street parking to be no issue as we're located on the south side of Broad. You can enjoy all the benefits of Scott's addition without having to deal with the construction noise and parking chaos! The place features in-unit laundry and a renovated kitchen updated in 2018. Forced air with both heat and cooling as well as new windows. The design of the building makes it so we rarely hear our neighbors. Top floor apartment (it is a 3rd floor walk-up) so no noise from above as well. Hardwood floors throughout. Bedrooms are identical in size with closets. Linen closet and coat closet featured as well. Quieter neighborhood with easy access to 195 for commuters. Blanchard's Coffee, Don't Look Back, Mclean's are all located in a 2/3 block radius! Management company is Metro Properties.
