Tenant agrees to a minimum lease term of twelve (12) months unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. At lease signing, Tenant shall pay the first month's rent, a security deposit (as specified in the lease), and a $250 annual HOA lease administrative fee, all of which must be paid in full prior to occupancy.
