Females only. Shared bath with 1 other female includes shower and porcelain tub, great for hot baths. Private street parking. 3rd floor corner unit overlooks enchanted lakes and back of lanikai pillboxes, full of ocean breezes with large lanais for plants and very quiet for Kailua town. Great view of sunrise and moonrise. Blocks from beach, walking to loads of shops and restaurants. I have a 10 lb Yorker mix dog and a small hypoallergenic dog can be considered, no cats though, sorry I'm allergic. 3 bedroom unit.

2nd room occupied by 27 yr old female, considerate and humorous. Property manager is retired easy going and lives in the back master bedroom and visits big island regularly with her 10lb hypoallergenic well groomed dog.
