BRING ALL OFFERS We will consider short term leases too. We are motivated to lease Guys, we are the owners of this property, lived here for 15 years, raised our family here and loved it. There is no broker spin on this. We put the accurate pictures of the property on the site so you can what it looks like. We added a few photo shopped pictures at the bottom so you can see what it looks like furnished. This is a very comfortable, secure practical house. The house is amazing, but a little dated. We have finished remodeling 2 out of the 3 bathrooms and they are brand new. We put in new flooring and appliances in the kitchen. The house is gated with an iron security gate. If there is something else we can reasonably do we will consider it. Single story Great views from almost every room, heated pool, panoramic views from the deck, great party/hosting house, great neighborhood, Carpenter School District, minutes to shops and restaurants in Studio City. Will consider short term for the right situation! Tenant pays first, last and security and utilities.
