About the building

This apartment is in one of North Central's historic Beaux Art buildings. It is on the 2nd floor and has marvelous light in every room. There is a bus line that passes by the front door, and there is off street parking in the back of the building for one car per apartment. Even better, it is within walking distance to a well regarded Troy Prep public charter school. Each bedroom has its own closet. The eat in kitchen has plenty of cupboards, full home sized stove and refrigerator, and a floor to ceiling, deep pantry. Heat is natural gas forced air. Each apartment has its own furnace. We live in Troy so we are quickly available if any problems arise. One pet cat may be allowed for $50.00 per month, but should Landlord permit one pet cat, or if tenant has a service animal, tenant must keep all food off the floor at all times, and feces/urine must be removed daily to avoid smell and vermin attraction.
