Lease terms

Renter is responsible for utilities (Electricity, natural gas, trash service), pets are permitted upon approval with a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee to cover carpet cleaning upon tenant moving out. Some fee exceptions may apply. No excessively loud pets allowed (such as barking constantly when tenant isn't home). 30 day notice required prior to tenant moving out to receive security deposit amount owed back. No sub-leasing of rooms without approval from landlord prior to move in. NO SMOKING inside the home. 12 month minimum lease, inquire about 6 month options. Tenant must keep the outside area clear of debris, weeds, etc. within reason. If tenant would like to purchase supplies for home small improvements they may be permitted to be deducted from rent upon prior approval from landlord. Includes 2 washer dryer/combos, 2 refrigerators other appliances all newer. Large hot tub also included as bonus.
