Tenant is responsible for light yard care (watering and mowing). NO SMOKING. Pets are welcome with no pet fee, pet deposit, or pet rent. Limit of two dogs. We are not corporate landlords, we are just Connie and Roger, who live 20 minutes away. We are responsible and respectful and pleased to offer this lovely home.
