MOVE-IN COSTS & DEPOSITS: Security Deposit: Equal to one full month's rent is required immediately upon approval. Please note: Deposits are required to reserve placement services. Initial Funds: The first full month's rent and the security deposit must be cleared prior to move-in. UTILITY RESPONSIBILITY & POLICIES: Tenants are responsible for all standard utility accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific property details (e.g., specific units with water included). For standard townhomes, residents are responsible for gas, electric, and metered water. Accounts must be established, and a BGE transfer confirmation must be submitted to our coordination team prior to your keys being handed over. PET POLICY: Pets are considered on a property-by-property basis subject to owner verification. Where permitted (dogs and cats welcome), an additional $200.00 pet deposit is strictly required to reserve placement services. APPLICATION & TOUR WORKFLOW: Lue's Management LLC operates with absolute efficiency and transparency. All occupants over the age of 18 must complete an individual intake review on our portal.
