No parties or large gatherings are allowed; only registered guests are permitted. There is no indoor smoking, and a $500 fine applies for violations; smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 09:00. The pool is not heated and may have leaves or debris between cleanings. The guest house on the property may be occupied by other guests during your stay as it is rented separately. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. maximum. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Garbage is picked up on specific days, and guests will be notified the night before to leave trash out from 7 pm onwards. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation and loss of deposit.
