Lease terms

One-year lease preferred. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, internet, cable and all other utilities or services. No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted inside the residence, garage, or other enclosed areas of the property. No pets are permitted without the owner's prior written approval. Pet requests may be considered individually and may be subject to additional lease terms and lawful charges. This policy does not apply to qualified service or assistance animals. Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy, including personal liability coverage, with proof of active coverage provided before move-in and upon renewal. The property may only be occupied by the individuals listed on the lease. No subletting, short-term rentals, or assignment of the lease without prior written approval. Tenant is responsible for keeping the residence clean, promptly reporting maintenance issues or water leaks, properly disposing of trash, and avoiding damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. First month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in. All lease terms are subject to the final written rental agreement. Available for move-in August 15, 2026. Currently occupied please do not disturb the tenant.
