The Ecusta Trail (a new rail to trail that will eventually go from Hendersonville to Brevard) has just been paved near the house, and the trail is just 0.1 miles away from the bottom of our road. Get your morning workout run or bike ride on the new trail. Bike or walk to Lennox Square to visit the brewery, the market, or cafe. There's also a super close, cute coffee shop right down the trail from us. Downtown Hendersonville is 2 miles away with convenient sidewalks to walk by historic homes and beautiful landscapes along your way. This is a fully furnished 3 bed, 3 bath with a bonus room in the finished basement. Linens are included, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The home is a passive solar custom built energy star design, and is extremely efficient. It also has a new wood burning stove. The living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and primary bath are located on the first floor. The living and dining room have an open floor plan and tall ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, and anything you would need to prepare a chefs dinner! The primary bedroom is super cozy, and has a luxurious primary bathroom with clawfoot soaker tub and large walk in shower. The second floor has two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a custom queen/twin loft set up. There is also 1 full bath and laundry room upstairs. The finished basement, with concrete floor, has a bonus room and the 3rd full bath. The garage holds one vehicle, and there is room for more vehicles on the gravel driveway. This house has lots of outdoor living options. There is a deck off the back where you can relax and hang out with your morning cup of coffee or tea and listen to the birds. There is a seating circle that can be lit up at night with string lights in the back yard with seating for 6, and there's a large seating bar off the front porch for drinks and dining. There are lots of ferns and moss planted along the walkways and decks to completely immerse yourself and zen out in nature. We take pride in maintaining our natural landscape, so you won't have to worry about any lawn care. We will come once a month, on days that are discussed and are convenient for you. Renters are responsible for utilities which include electricity, water & sewer, and internet. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with screening and fees. You will love this thoughtfully furnished home. We have put a lot of loving care into making it as cozy, and move in ready for you, with everything you would need. You will feel immediately at home.
