House is wired for Xfinity or Direct TV dish that is already installed can be utilized. Tenant must carry renters insurance policy. Weekly landscaping included by owner. Pets are welcome! 2 pet maximum with additional security deposit of $500 per pet and monthly rent. No breed restrictions at this time but pets are subject to meet and greet. 2 separate storage sheds in the backyard are available for tenant at no cost. A refrigerator, washer and dryer are provided at no additional cost but it will be supplied "as is." No repairs will be made on these items and are expected to be in the same condition as the beginning of the lease. Applicant(s) shall submit application(s) through Zillow and are subject to background and credit checks, fees at applicants expense. All potential residents over the age of 18 will need to submit a joint application. No collections, late payments, bankruptcies, evictions, etc. Each applicant must have a minimum credit score of 650 - sorry, no co-signers considered at this time. Applicant(s) must meet combined income requirement of 2xs monthly rent. References and past rental history will be checked so please fill out entirely.
