There are 2 refrigerators if you like. Eat in dining room and living room looks out onto a mini park with tall pine trees and grass. End unit so its very private. Grassy areas throughout with walking paths and benches to sit. Beautiful, well kept Olympic sized swimming pool. Utilities stay super low here. Newer energy efficient AC. Tenant pays electric. Covered parking with additional spaces right behind. Fenced back yard with plants and garden space. Tile and wood throughout the home. Good sized rooms and three bathrooms. Island in kitchen with glass stove top and wall oven. Lots of food storage, pantry space and linen closets. Good sized living room looks out onto pine trees and grass. Very peaceful.
