This home is offered fully furnished and move-in ready for mid- to long-term residents (3, 6, or 12+ months). The monthly rent includes water, trash, internet, lawn care, and routine maintenance. Electricity is included up to $150 per month; any usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the tenant monthly at cost. Use & Occupancy- This property is intended for residential use only. To maintain the quality of the home and a positive relationship with neighboring residents, the following apply: No parties or large gatherings No loud music or disruptive activity Quiet hours are observed in alignment with the neighborhood Pets & Smoking No pets or animals permitted No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home Care of the Home- Tenants are expected to treat the home and furnishings with care and respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit or billed accordingly. Guests Overnight guests are permitted on a limited basis. Extended stays or frequent visitors may require prior approval to ensure proper occupancy and utility usage. Insurance & Screening- Renters insurance is required. All applicants are subject to standard background and credit screening in accordance with Texas law.
