Enjoy brand-new upscale furniture and decorations throughout. Each apartment features queen beds in all bedrooms and a queen sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Large flat-screen TVs are available in both living rooms and all four bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchens come with pots, pans, plates, utensils, and all stainless steel appliances. Hairdryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens are provided. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and onsite laundry facilities with coin-operated washer and dryer. Four parking spots are available per reservation. Inquire about bringing a pet, as there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs, and breed limitations apply. A 12 PM noon checkout may be available for an additional $25 fee, requested by 9 PM the night before. This home is ideally situated a stone's throw from the beach, four streets from the popular Pompano Pier, and a short walk from an array of restaurants and Pompano's vibrant nightlife. It offers an easy drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, major highways, and the popular nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Pompano Beach is a world-famous beach destination boasting seven miles of sparkling beaches, an award-winning wavewall, and a beachfront promenade. Nearby, the Pompano Beach Fishing Village offers casual and upscale dining with spectacular water views. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. Indoor smoking is prohibited, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with all windows and doors to the unit remaining closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine applies for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and early check-in or bag drop-off must be requested and approved in advance. Checkout is at 11 AM.
