About the building
Looking to sublease my room starting either July 1st or July 15th.… The lease lasts until August 31st where you'd be able to take over it fully if you wanted. I have two other roommates living here with me (Joe and Brianna), Joe plans on moving out by the end of the lease, and the Brianna is undecided yet. Rent is $647, and utilities run me around $40-70 depending on the month. The house is pet friendly (1 cat or dog)! I have a cat living with me, and dont believe there is a monthly fee for them. Laundry is located in the basement, as well as a plethora of storage/bike racks. My room is sizeable, could fit a queen sized mattress, but I went for a twin + tv/couch/desk. Also pictured is our bathroom, kitchen, and living room. We're a 8-15min walk from the California blue line stop, and we have Tony's Fresh market and Armitage Produce around the corner for groceries. Let me know if you have any other questions before coming to check the place out!! :) Also if you don't mind sending a little introduction of who you are so that my roommates can know a bit about you, it'd be much appreciated!
