Lease terms

Renter pays utilities. Water, sewer, electricity and if desired, internet. Propane tanks are full now and renter will be required to fill them before they move out. Renter responsible for own yard maintenance and snow removal. Before applying, please review the following requirements: *All applicants must be at least 18 years old. *One year lease. *Each individual including married couples must submit a separate application. *Application fee $35 per applicant. *All applications are subject to a background check. *Proof of income is required, with monthly income equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. *Applicants must have a positive rental history with no prior evictions or outstanding balances owed to previous landlords. *Minimum credit score of 650. **This is a non-smoking , non-vaping property. *No pets are permitted. *Tenant is responsible for utilities and yard care. *No subletting. Move-In Costs: Security Deposit: $1,000 (due at lease signing) First Month's Rent: $1,400 (due the day prior to lease start date) If the lease does not begin on the first of the month, the initial rent payment will be prorated.
