Free parking for 2 vehicles is located directly in front of the unit within the gated complex. This is a 2-story condo with LVP flooring throughout. Living, dining, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry room are located on the main floor. The 3 bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a full/double bed. Note: you must walk through the second bedroom to access the third bedroom but both rooms are completely separate. The third bedroom has a desk / work station setup so guests can work remotely and this room is also large enough for the included air mattress. For those interested in bringing their dog: note that the closest grassy area for dogs to do their "business" is at a small park directly across the street from the gate to our community.
