Enjoy indoor dining at the small table for two, or dine al fresco at the patio table for four with waterfront views. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and Smart TVs. The bathroom includes a fresh vanity, new paint, and a tub/shower combo. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided. A coin-operated laundry room is available next to your assigned parking spot. A boat slip is available for vessels up to 25 feet (message for details). Located on the north peak of Bluefish Drive, this waterfront condo offers a quiet, tucked-away setting while remaining close to everything. Enjoy a peaceful local vibe in a mostly owner-occupied complex. Beach Access #1 and #2 are a short walk away, providing easy access to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood blends a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere with convenient access to local attractions like the Okaloosa Island Pier and The Boardwalk, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and downtown Fort Walton Beach. Destin is a quick 10-minute drive away. Please be aware that due to the tropical climate and proximity to water, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and aquatic species. The space is treated regularly for pests, but occasional encounters are possible. Water moccasins may be seen near rocks. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to various aquatic species that can cause harm. Check-out time is 10 am; a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am; any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are responsible for any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can and use the garbage disposal only for small food remnants. Eating food in bedrooms is discouraged to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in yards. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required beyond standard cleaning. By booking this unit, you give permission for identity verification and criminal database checks. The living room features a 55" Smart TV, and the bedrooms also have Smart TVs. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
