Lease terms

-Lease Duration: One Year Contract/ Rental Lease Agreement -Do Require $950.00 Rent & $950.00 Security Deposit to be paid in full prior to moving forward -Owner/Landlord is responsible for water, sewer, and garbage fee -Tenant(s) are responsible for Electricity: Electric Bill is based on Submetering-Rental Unit has its own separate meter. Tenant(s) are responsible for the cost of electricity serving their unit. Tenant(s) are required to pay the Landlord directly power bill based on their rental unit's individual measured utility usage. -Tenant(s) responsible for: Heating, Telephone Service, Cable & Internet -NO Smoking Allowed. -Strict No Pets Policy! -Parking Policy: There will be NO more than 2 cars per park model home. Vehicle(s) need to be parked directly in front of rental unit. Cars that are not working or cars without tags are NOT allowed on property. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. -Repairs: The Landlord will be in charge of the entire repair process. The Landlord will bill the Tenant(s) for any repair cost(s) if the repairs were NOT a result of normal wear and tear and/or if the problem/damage was created by the tenant(s), tenant(s) negligence, or one of their friends, family, or guests.
