Tenant is responsible for arranging and paying utilities and yard upkeep. Note this is a rather large yard so a riding lawnmower would be good. This to be a month to month Agreement (not lease). For those unfamiliar with month to month, it doesn't indicate short term but rather allows the tenant to walk away without penalty at any time as opposed to fixed duration lease. On the other hand, Landlord can ask Renter to vacate if he feels there are issues such as breach of agreement. I've indicated one year on this listing simply because this website is not set up for month to month. If interested please indicate when you wish to view the property in your first response so we can quickly set a viewing schedule. This is a single family residence so multiple unrelated people pooling income is not acceptable. Note restriction on large dogs (over 40 lbs ) regardless of training or age.
