Lease terms

NO SMOKING & SMOKING-RELATED CHARGES. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and any other smoked or vaporized substances. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the property, the Tenant will be responsible for a $500 non-smoking violation fee, where permitted by applicable law, in addition to any reasonable and documented costs required to remove smoke odors, stains, residue, or other smoking-related damage. Tenant is responsible for any smoking-related cleaning, deodorizing, repair, or replacement costs that exceed the violation fee. These charges may be deducted from the security deposit to the extent permitted by applicable law. Only the individuals listed on this Agreement may reside at the property unless the Landlord provides prior written approval for additional occupants. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and keeping the exterior areas of the property reasonably clean and maintained.
