There are no fees required to submit a pre-screening inquiry, tour the property, or interview. A viewing (in-person or virtual) and brief phone conversation are required before any lease is finalized. Once a top candidate is selected, a non-refundable screening fee of approximately $35 $40 will be paid directly by the applicant to an online third-party screening portal to process a credit and background report prior to lease signing.
